The two speakers will discuss their findings from their recent research conducted for the AWR into the lives of rural women in the 1980s and 1990s.

Dr Charles Fahey, from the Bendigo Campus of La Trobe University will also speak at the seminar, and address the theme of women and agriculture in Victorian history, drawing upon twenty years research experience.

PROV will conclude the seminar by presenting a talk on their new publication 'Lands Guide, a guide to finding records of Crown land at Public Record Office Victoria' which provides researchers details about how to find out about women who owned land in Victoria. 0A
